Les Barreaux
This small 0.39 ha parcel which I acquired in 1988 will celebrate its centenary in 2002!
It is a Vosne "of altitude" (approximately 280m) situated at the mouth of the valley of Concoeur with a north-east orientation.
The soil is "dark" with a high density of rather large chalky elements...rocks are never far, which no doubt explains the name of the locality "les Barreaux", which means "stony bar".
