The newest appellation, formed in 2000. Tasting
generalities are thus confined to recent days. It seems that
the tannins are more firm and the aromas more earthy than our
"Bourgogne du bas".
The balanced texture is surprising for a first
vintage. This wine took marvellously well to barrel ageing (40%
new oak). Its moderate acidity makes it a wine for drinking
